Thank you for supporting Susie Denton Art. Each artwork is created with care and packaged with love. Below you’ll find important information about our shipping and returns policy.

Shipping

• Processing Time
  Orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 3–5 business days. Commissioned works may take longer and will be discussed individually.
• Delivery Estimates
• Australia-wide: 3–10 business days
• International: 10–21 business days (varies by destination)
  Please note that delivery times are estimates only and delays may occur during busy periods or due to customs.
• Shipping Rates
  Shipping is calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination. Larger or framed pieces may incur higher shipping costs due to packaging requirements.
• Packaging
  All artworks are packaged securely to protect them during transit. We aim to minimise environmental impact while ensuring safe delivery.
• Tracking
  A tracking number will be provided where available so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Returns & Refunds

Each piece is created with care and intention, and we hope you love it as much as we do. However, if there is a problem with your order, we’re here to help.

• Change of Mind
  Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, as many pieces are made to order or one of a kind.
• Damaged Items
  If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. Send clear photos of the packaging and artwork to help us assess the issue.
• Return Eligibility
  Returns are only accepted for damaged or defective items. If approved, we will offer a refund, store credit, or replacement (where possible). Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
• Return Shipping
  Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is deemed faulty.

Custom and Commissioned Orders

Custom pieces are made especially for you and are not eligible for return or refund, unless damaged in transit. Please ensure all details are correct at the time of ordering.
